Direct booking rates

These terms apply when booking directly with Tone and Theresa. There is no service fee.

When you contact the hosts, it helps to include your preferred dates, number of guests and whether you are bringing a pet.

Terms & practical information

Bookings through Airbnb or Booking.com are subject to the terms shown on the relevant live listing.

Cancel by 3pm at least seven days before the booking date for a 100% refund. Within seven days, 50% of every night except the first is refunded.

Self check-in is by keypad. Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. Winding steps lead to the private entrance.

There is no property parking. Public car parks are nearby and on-street parking is free overnight. Broad Street can occasionally be lively.

Pets are welcome. No smoking, parties, events or commercial photography. Maximum occupancy is five guests. There are no laundry facilities.
